My family and I stayed at the Ananta for 9 nights over November and December 2015. We had a great time in Bali. The staff were all lovely. Upon returning home and receiving my credit card statement we discovered over $2500 had been fraudulently charged to our credit card. My credit card was kept in a magnetic case the entire time we were in Bali and didn't use it at all. The one and only time our card came out of the protective case was on check in at the hotel. Where we believe they took a copy or a pre authorisation on the card. We would suggest leaving a cash deposit on checkin and DO NOT let them take a copy of your card.

Lovely service, staff were very helpful and friendly.

Unfortunately there was atleast one dishonest staff member who fraudulently stole my credit card details.
